Comment: Last week my 3 three daughters and I had tours of Florence, Rome and Naples conducted by your tour company. I just wanted to let you know that we all agreed it was the best decision we made to hire your company. We were on the Celebrity Constellation and were meet at each stop by your driver and had a wonderful day with all of them. In Rome the driver was able to secure tickets for us to go the the outdoor mass at St Peter's with Pope Benedict. He was able to get us close to everything and we saw more of Rome in one day than many see in 3 or 4. In Florence the driver was very proud of his city and advised us the best use of time available. Guissepe (Naples) drove us along the coast and made a stop so we could purchase the inlaid boxes know in the region. Because we got a little behind schedule (lunch longer), we had less time in Pompei, but the local guide was excellent. Comment: Gennaro literally saved our honeymoon with his unbelievable service. When our bags were lost in Rome, Gennaro gave us some pointers about calling to retrieve them. When we still did not have our bags or any personal belongings when he came back to pick us up for the 2nd leg of the trip, he really went above an beyond. He made many personal calls to track down our luggage (that somehow ended up in Naples), he got a friend to pick them up for us, his son to drive over an hour each way to pick them up, his wife to meet us in Positano where they delivered them with a hug. They did not ask for anything additional for all of this. To this day, it is BY FAR the best customer service we've ever received.

Comment: Gennaro, you provided us outstanding service throughout our travels in Italy. At Livorno, Massimo picked us up at our ship exactly on time, then took us on a wonderful tour of Pisa in the early morning, 8:30 am, where the weather was ideal--sunny and temperate--and the grounds were free of tourists to give us the perfect views of the tower, church and baptistry. Then off to Florence where Massimo took us to all the ideal viewing points for photos and personal best views of all of Florence. Given that we were on a short time schedule, needing to be back at the ship by 1700, he drove us right to all the sights we were to see in Florence, minimizing walking and maximizing touring the treasures. He was also so knowledgeable about everything in this area of Italy, a wonderful guide. Then, Gennaro himself was our driver in Naples. There happened to be a large traffic problem due to a massive industry strike that day, but Gennaro found alternate ways around it all giving us a terrific tour without the delays many others suffered in the strike area. We also used Gennaro for transport from airport to Rome, then five days later to the ship, and at the end from ship to airport. All was accomplished on time, professionally, and at a good price. Gennaro is the best, thank you so much.

Comment: Dear Gennaro, We just returned from our cruise last night and I must write you about the service we received from your Drivers on our 3 Port tours: In Naples-the driver was excellent. He showed us the very best of Sorrento and places along the Amalfi coast. Positano was our favorite and the driver even suggested the perfect time for us to visit Pompeii. In Rome-the driver was wonderful. He brought us to all of the famous sights in Rome, St Peter's and the Vatican Museum. Luca also provided us with several "surprises", which are not in any of the tour books, which made our return to Rome even more special. I must tell you that in Livorno, we were a little concerned when we met the driver, at first-he was so quiet in the beginning, but............... the driver was amazing and because of him, Florence & Pisa were UNBELIEVABLY OUTSTANDING & OUR VERY VERY FAVORITE!!!!!! The driver treated us "like royalty". He truly listened to what we wanted to see (we love old buildings/churches and beautiful sights). He brought us to the very very best vantage points to take photos, as well as always delivering us to the door of every location-surprizingly,the driver was also always at the door when we returned, to wisk us away to our next stop. We must tell you that in Florence, when we drove through the many crowded locations, we received many "jealous stares" from fellow tourists-wondering "who are these people who are being driven around in such luxury, while we have to walk and walk?". We enjoyed every minute!! All 3 drivers were fabulous drivers: Naples navigating the narrow + winding roads through the Amalfi coast; Florence driving through the hectic streets of Rome and Andrea was so patient not only with us, but with the many, many walking tourists/groups in Florence. The car you provided us in all 3 Ports-the Mercedes E Sedan-was a pleasure to ride in and considering how hot it was in all 3 locations, the air conditioned comfort, seats and armrests only enhanced our experience. Gennaro, words are not enough to express our thanks and gratitude to you and all of your wonderful associates/drivers, in providing us with an unforgettable memory of our 3 stops in Italy. I have already posted a wonderful review of your service on TripAdvisor & Frommer's, in response to an email I received from other cruisers looking for tour options last night.
